With a mining skeleton taken from The Unity Lego Plugin, I set up a Rig Inside Unreal Engine with their ControlRig tool. I set up the usual IK/FK controls in the rig and facial expressions by material blueprinting.
The texture of the Rig is made in substance painter and the environment is imported into unreal form Studio.io with my Ldraw to UE4 Tool.
To test the rig I have made a short animation where santa has forgotten his beard. Using the ik part of the rig and the facial animation.
